    Hi does this takeover mean I have to sell my shares to MSD for $1.75 if majority of shareholders agree to takeover or will we be allowed to keep and continue trading under a new MSD code. I fear the later and truly
    believe this offer is seriously undervalued and therefore long term share holders will never see the true value
    of their investment?
