See this is why I called you a genuis. You dont understand. I sold at 20c because I had loaded up at 10c. Didnt you? If not, why not? And, I was afraid there were too many clowns that thought their precious CTP shares were worth much more and would vote down the SoA and the price would tank to 10c. Yes I was right! Time to load up again hoping another TO probably 20c again??

20c + 18cCVN was fair value at the time of the SoA for a take overt offer. I had calculated a derisked NPV of 66c for us but considering Mac would want to double their money then any SoA offer in the range of 25-40c would be fair and considering it was an easy 10c to up to 20-38c gain for SH (and at this rate with kitty exploration in 2019 there is a good chance of 18c CVN realisation - I gave the board the benifit of the doubt over their CVN arrangement).
