I think there's a few parties interested in the same old games to build their position at the same time as keeping the share price down in anticipation of partaking in a future raise at a discount. There is a fundamental flaw to that strategy in the PXX case. PXX is able to raise money amongst offshore insto's, who have already demonstrated that they don't mind subscribing at a premium. All that will happen is the register will get tighter held and the brokers will miss the boat.
