At the same time why don't you ask your mate in there as to why they are constantly lodging appeals after appeals if they are certain to win the case, and that is even when none of the Judges in Texas have given the smallest of considerations to their plights.?

Why are they constantly paying (With shareholders money, none of their own of course) Lawyers, Barristers, QC's and whoever else they have engaged if they didn't have to attend or defend any Courts in Texas.??

I bet that MB will be watching quietly on the sideline rubbing their hands in glee while waiting for the fruit to be ripe enough to fall on the ground and straight into their hands.

Like I have said many times in the past, ""is there a real method in someone's madness"".??

Perhaps there is, especially when what they pushed forward to us for approval in the past failed dismally.

So, there could very well be another and cheaper way of reaching what they have failed dismally with before.
