That is exactly what I'm concerned. Will GXL be Chewy.com or get decimated like Petsmart and Petco?
Have they ever mention anything about the long-term strategy of their retail business and how they are going to compete with Amazon other than their omnichannel approach by adding grooming salons, in-store vets, etc?
