It would be very unusual for a customer to sign an offtake agreement with the current stage of BCB projects development. At BEST there will be a non-binding MoU that will open the door to negotiations IF a project is progressed through licensing and construction commenced. An exception to this is where a buyer may choose to take an equity stake at early development stages and may (to support fund raising) fund a binding agreement for marketing rights and/or offtake.
