Yeah I agree. But I think one needs a LT mindset - Queens Wharf still ~5 years away and no doubt there'll be some teething problems, which'll take a little time to sort out.
Sydney results were very good. And I expect very good Gold Coast results are pending - new Hotel done soon and the Games will bring a lot of tourists and their $$. Brisbane results affected the whole Group.
