If it breaks up .38 I guess it will go up quickly. I have the felling most are still waiting if the market will correct further in the coming weeks.
At the same time, although a good news, we all knew this announcement was coming hence why mcr resisted so well the past weeks.
IMO this is a good medium term investment stock, and all interested are following the chart to find an entry point.

(BTW it went down because I bought some today)
