450 seems so far away. I didnt really like this announcment. They are basically saying they think the company is worth a lot more, somebody will take them over and they can make a lot more money waiting and selling off market when opportunity arises at the right price.

Seems like they just saying that they are going to wait until they get incredibly rich. I reckon they doing a great job but that announcement comes off a bit arrogant and some investors wont like it as how are they going to enter if no big parcels are available to purchase.
