Agreed. High dividends are often a sign of low growth opportunities.
Anyway, the previous dividends were heavily influenced by previous management's large shareholdings. They almost certainly shouldn't have been paid while the company was going through its regulatory and legal problems.
There is one class action still to be settled. I suspect that dividends will not be a huge focus until then.
I think the shares are a really good bet to be 60-70 cents after the full year results.
