Every council, government agency or utility i deal with all have these ridiculous tender requirements that no one ever reads except to tick the box. I tell my clients for the sake of a few thousand dollars every single aspect of tendering becomes easier. Most of the time you can substitute a massive pile of docs with a single cert .

Another funny but frustating item is if tlou get into full field development then they will probably turn around and tell all their service providers to have 18000 or Achilles or some other bollocks.
