I am not a tax expert , but the transfer was for no consideration (according to CPU notice 7-2-2018) so you don't have the shares anymore, may as well be a sale for $0.00 , so I'm claiming a full loss.
Ironic that I'm sitting on pittance gain on the 2% I have left. (as I bought last parcel <19c closing)
