There is not a great deal to wrap your head around here ...

BCL tried to extend their application and failed. They are now out the door for 2 years unless this appeal of theirs delivers a hail mary of epic proportions

Now given that Central/RTG have their own EL application over Panguna, the ABG should follow due course and allow them to have a wardens hearing. Sometime between now and then, you'd then expect to see details of the proposal and much more information

Until then, what else can be said ?

BCL are no longer a front runner. If your last hope is an appeal, you are on the backfoot and half way out the door

RTG hasn't even had a Wardens Hearing yet ...
