Humour is indeed called for so here is my contribution. The unresolved conflict between CTP administration and ongoing activist owners ( shareholders ) will be finally resolved in the following manner. It is initiated with a declaration. " This will be the mother of all battles " ( Saddam Hussein - in the style of historical references frequently resorted to by CTP CEO - churchill / kennedy / ann rand / " animal spirits of capitalism " etc., ad nauseum. It begins with surreptitious infiltration of the Forbidden City ( CEO Chinese Walled office ) by hacking / encryption, followed by a three pronged Zulu pincer movement - planned organised use of 249ds and rehearsed co-ordinated owner - administration interactions at voting meetings spectacularly breaching the group-think / team mentality / i've got your back mindset of the CEO / Board / executives. This will be , metaphorically speaking, the guillotining of CEO, Board, and if necessary accomplice executives. The rush forward of shareholders adding momentum and power to the removal surge will be amazing and reported by newspapers, television, radio, and Internet. Robert Gottliebson and Allan Koller write endlessly on details for ages. Follow up interviews will be done with owners and an extensive history of internal / external tensions and struggles documented. Finance courses, government corporate supervisory agencies, incorporate CTP history into their training, poems, articles, books are written , T.V. series and movies made. ...Unless, of course the whole spectacular episode, is pre-empted by CEO, Moore, Gasteen resigning.
