Lol, who's kidding who?
Last reported price Jiangxi 92% TREO concentrate (almost identical suite values) was $18kg, but AM reports it has fallen 7.5% past year.
China put 1400t DyO into mothballs last year, and reports suggest another stockpiling round is imminent, so they hardly need any more of the near obsolete stuff.
Raises the Q, if high grade 92% ionic con is available < $18kg inside China what price does NTU need to take for its dirty 52% con ex Darwin to compete? Half, or less?
Certainly nothing like the fanciful numbers Hallgarten have concocted:
First full year 2020 Ecclestone "predicts" revenue at $33,755,000 and NTU predicts 590,000kg TREO providing an extraordinarily fanciful ASP of $57.21!!!!!
Totally ridiculous number when TMR puts the fully separated suite value at $31.57kg at Nov 2015 values.
Hallgarten's piece is rubbish, can only Q their motive.
