The people to ignore are Hyperion and those sitting on M's of these that they cannot exit, they have to keep propped up in order to safeguard fund quarterly performance etc

Those who are short have the most unbias opinion of the business IMO, it's simply a review of the balance sheet without believing any fluff, and then determining whether it is overvalued or not

You just have to be very mindful of the in-built stops, as these leave you open to get screwed

As an example, 2 days ago I shorted REA via REAKOP. The stock closed at $75.81 and the warrant had an in-built stop at $78.69. Next morning it coincidentally opened just 10c under the stop, gapping up $2.88 before hitting it seconds later and then running it to new highs at $79.48. Once your stop is hit, you have no control as the provider then closes you out and advises of the refund figure

If the provider can see 5-10K warrants for example all that can be knocked out quite easily, and in doing so can also force the price up another few %, you normally see it happen ...
