They won't issue more shares anytime soon. They've just had the re-structure. The positives are:
- They'll save some interest payments due to the re-cap
- Commodities are making a recovery which leads to increased drilling
- They are diversifying via data analytics eg Tru-Scan
- Whatever other business restructures they've done will assist the bottom line
