I know what you are saying, but, I do not think that every time something happens with the price, that does not seem right in someones eyes, then it is called manipulation.
With a small explorer like Inca anything can be happening at any time with someone trying to manipulate the price up and someone else trying to push it down.
I like the ones who try to push it up. lol
