I am in the dark too mate, I was hoping someone would post an explanation of these actions - however lets assume that it was just for 'technical adjustment' purposes and not a sinister move to grab control LOL.

Talking about todays ann of the sale of Polar Bear et al - which was telegraphed to us months ago. While it seems reasonable not to spread valuable human resources thinly over three continents and even more projects; I see the outcome for those WA gold projects which formed a major part of the SIR spinout as a major fail.
