    It is common knowledge what Bergen do to a stock. As the guy above stated, it's a death spiral funding. APG really have sold their soul to the devil. Any research about investments with convertible bonds with a floating conversion price will show you that only companies that are absolutely on their arses take this type of funding. Bergen will sink this ship
