2. They had agreed to subscribe at a effective price of $0.009 on the same terms as the recent placement but pulled out at the last minute due to them not being happy about some permit or land lease.
The question that should really be asked, is why GMC have still not released that information that made Tanah terminate their subscription agreement when it was clearly price sensitive to Tanah.
Don't forget Tanah are able to trade against us ordinary market participants.
Clearly an information gap...
Selling GMC on open at 0.012 was my best move. Since then equity markets have gone gangbusters to the upside only and my reinvestment has followed this fate with a juicy gain.
In this same time GMC had halved to $0.006 and is back to where it opened post suspension running out of cash.
Time will tell indeed - "imminently"
