For all of you, I got my money back from the Italian bank, as my own bank sent them request to return them and attached my crime report with the request. As there was money in their bank account, the Italian bank made the return. even Standard Fidelity did not allow that to happen. So the Italian bank trusted my bank and the crime report helped.
