It's Ospura that doesn't have a resource yet !
As far as dilution ....if people are to be believed we are looking at $30 -40 mill Ospura CAP EX but personally I think significantly more !
Assume that minimum, means a doubling of mkt cap just for starters and that money gets spent well before any money comes in so a lean couple of years .
Ospura IS a small low value project and I doubt any competent independant expert performing a BFS will encourage development (with a mill).
If I thought it likely they actually develop Ospura I would've sold already .
Ospura is just an expensive distraction at present .
