I'll give them another few NTA announcements to see if the market downturn has helped out the bottom line......and to see if they can live up to their `doing better in down market cycles.........which i think we are entering......sideways to bearish......imo

May take a while for dividends and franking to return to previous levels.......but at last NTA of $1.20 for ALF (From memory ) and markets moving in their predicted direction ........now may not be the best time to bail...... unless there's a sure thing out there somewhere...........
