Gee Rab, it was less than a month ago, but with all of the red share prices recently, it seems like an eternity. In early January 2018, Boardroom sent me an email letting me know of the AML share offer. That email gave me instructions to go to the Boardroom web address, then go to my holdings and download the offer which had a BPay biller code and reference number. I paid the money, but you can get them cheaper on the open market now. That's life.

If you haven't added your details to Boardroom, then maybe that could have caused you to miss getting the email. I hold 8 stocks - all in cobalt, lithium and graphite. And each one seems to have a different company that handles these types of registry matters - another company is Security Transfer Australia. It was a bit of a headache adding my details for each stock, but it may help in the long run. Good luck.
