I would have thought a unanimous rejection of our bidder's statement was worthy of an annoucement under our ticker. It was a strongly worded ann that leave the IDX board with almost no room to back track and accept any improved offer. More so, why have we not responded to IDX's ann yet?
I've been impressed with AH in his role as MD (until now) must have a hell of an ace up his sleeve to pull this off.
