I am thinking that EMC/LLC's credit rating will be pretty high. I think they should be able to punch out quite a few of these smallish projects concurrently.

**. When the annoucement came out, I was in the middle of painting my daughters house so I didn't pay too much attention. By not reading the whole announcement, I assumed it was a Build Own Operate project. If it had been, I would have been thinking a cash raising would be necessary. Now that I know that it is not, I don't have any doubts that they should be able to do this project as well as a few more at the same time.
