another "thing" that makes HVN unusual - is its property portfolio ......
this (arguably) is a proxy for a bond .....
if one strips this out - the roa is more interesting .....
I haven't ever found the data on how much of the prop book is let to fracnhises, versus how much is let to owned stores .....
I believe this is one of the reasons that HVN has tended to trade at a premia to its sector over the years ......
