Should I go or should I stay?

Two lines of text to arouse my FOMO:

and in the latest ANN which I really don't know if it is good bad or average we have:

"As part of securing the construction finance facility, Carnegie undertook a corporate debt restructure including the wind up of its $2.8million unlisted convertible note, first previously announced to the ASX on 9 October 2017. Under the terms of the convertible note conversion and wind up, upon successful execution of the detailed documentation for the Northam Solar Construction Finance facility, Carnegie will now issue to the convertible note holders 19.6 million ordinary shares and 35 million unlisted five-year options with an exercise price of 6.0c. Additionally, Carnegie has now restructured its $5m EMC unlisted convertible notes, to remove the general security arrangements associated with these notes, in return for lowering the exercise price to 4.0c per share. "

Translation, instead of 60 cents the options are 40cents??? They want some cash?

    And also:

"The Build, Own and Operate 10 MW Solar Power Station in Northam, Western Australia, will consist of approximately 34,000 solar panels constructed on 25 Hectares of strategically located land to deliver approximately 24,000 MWh of electricity per annum for at least the next 25 years. "

    At I read somewhere $86 a megawatt.

    24000 * 86 = $2, 064,000 less costs of running the farm

That in itself isn't going to do a lot although in conjunction with other future projects could be very good.

We also are led to believe that Carnegie Energy is very good at what they do. They are hiring smart people.

Maybe even for cash and some shares as remuneration, do I have that right.

I have this sneaky suspicion that if I sell now I might miss out on a share price upside which defeats the purpose of selling.

I originally went into this as a 5 year investment last July when the share price was 60cents.

This is my purest renewable energy stock nearly all the rest involves digging big holes in the ground.

So I sort of conceptually like this stock which does not necessarily bode well for making money.

Being emotionally attached to an investment is not a good idea.

Even worse is not understanding the business, there is a lot I don't understand.

Should I go or should I stay?

It's a rhetorical question I am not expecting an answer.
