ah sorry you're right..I misread that. I thought I read 60 days from now...in my constant rage over the whole debacle I sometimes skim over things and jump to conclusions.
Can the Chinese have another crack if the sh*t hits the fan again? It will be funny if things turn sour again after all of the effort that has been put into screwing shareholders. Perhaps that contract will come into effect again under certain circumstances where pdn fails to meet its financial obligations.
