Its funny how the "new" tech of today like hydro and SA's "experiment" will need it pumped back up to heights while the blades are turning/solar generating then letting it fall at night to keep the lights on and thats good as filling australia full of chemical batteries which through the laws of physics only last few years effectively then what- landfill - difficult recycling. Storage when Alt energy not generating is/has been the hardest problem to overcome and if anyone invents non chemical battery they will be richer than Elon Musk who's rich enough to send his sports car into a permanent earth sun orbit and visit the mt's of Mars on it journey.. Hillgrove is good company increasing its rev already now and with the cutback and new copper areas opening maybe at time soon when prices rise will see greater Rev's and extra from the hydro is a good use of basically a big hole. I believe the future is very rosy so welcome more creative ideas to utilise the assets.
