True statement, but for a director to spend on their own company does show a certain level of confidence and preparation for an upward trajectory in price.
If you were on a losing horse you wouldn't place a bet on it, but if you had a mare that was up and coming but still needed some track work and breaking in, you'd get in when things are still quiet and bide your time.
