I think what Singed Fingers means is:
Been a supporter of QHL for a long time
Bought some shares today, but didn't have any before that purchase
And is referring to the Aust Govt business development strategy of promoting and supporting Aust businesses producing equipment and supplies for export worldwide for Defence purposes.
