Excellent article. However, whilst I agree with a lot of the points in the article, especially the housing bubble, I do not believe that ELK will be spared or go unscathed in the event of a real crash that we unfortunately have to have eventually. I hope that we would all have made enough money and cashed out before we find out for sure...
