Hard to say when to buy this one with the news of a dysfunctional BOD and the prospect of another capital raising in a few months time. IMO CZL has changed direction and focus so quickly, it was forced to raise capital at such a discount. I didnt like that Wix left not long after either and I dont like that they dont own the full project either
