Hi Thanks for those Very Informative postings . This seems to be a No Win situation for 3 parties. The owners of the Georgetown plant will have a workable plant at considerable costs to them but with No Income in sight without LNYs Ore . The Tribal Land Groups will also have No Revenue and No Jobs or benefits without the Mining Licence being granted. :NTs shareholders will also be stuck in this situation but do have an OUT Process the ore elsewhere but I assume that distance would then be a problem for Jobs For The TOs. It would be GOOD To hear some Positive news re NZ Assay Results or a big move on our Coal Assetts . Then maybe it would give LNY time to concentrate on those projects and wait untill a Fire Sale on the Georgetown Plant ( I would be prepared to Help Fund the PURCHASE ) . I did speak to Paul Marshall maybe 12 months ago about the raw deal that LNY got on the gold from the Trial Mining episode. his comment was that LNY would be controlling the funds from any gold Processed Cheers Towie.
