The law was changed after the original suit was layed . The defense agreed with the law stated the case layed against them . The current link above is the ground work since then
Not sure what the judge will do but the case they have is rock hard but doubt they'll be awarded what they chasing but would think a large compensation is in order maybe not the expected loss of earnings ect but atleast a couple of mil in cost of holdings ect
