This is the oddest rationale I have ever seen. Financial institutions have already said they won't be leaving London.
In any case, this is not a major company which is majorly impacted by macro events. This is a tech company with a product in the current and future direction of the industry. The company is growing due to new customers and growing FUM. A few employees from large banks being relocated to Dublin and Frankfurt isn't going to effect that.
