Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa has submitted a conditional offer for the purchase of 95 percent. shares of Przedsiębiorstwo Szybowy Szybów. The current owner of this company is Kopex.
JSW does not disclose the price of a potential transaction. It only informs that submitting the offer will allow for negotiation of detailed terms and conditions for the purchase of PBSz shares. - The potential acquisition will fit into the assumptions of the company's strategy - assured the company in the statement.
PBSz carries out specialized mining services, such as the construction of shafts or tunnel boring.
We wrote about the interest in JSW in November 2017. The experts we asked then estimated that the value of the acquisition could be in the range of 250 million - 300 million PLN.
