I purchase them interchangeably I have a model that takes the share prices of the underlying investments and then works out a relative value for each. Yes BKW has a building bias but the property JV I think negates that exposure a bit.
Currently, the discounts to NAV is 9.9% for SOL and 10.6% for BKW. So on that basis, I would purchase BKW. When its close like this I then look to how many of each I have and try to balance them... on a 50 50 weighting of investment.
