Right Cudeco. I've said it before, this BOD has "form" so far as their "management skills" are concerned and they haven't improved one bit. Do they have too many other interests making them money (or causing them problems) that they can't devote enough effort into LNY??
Due to the size of the application, I can only think that management have stuffed up big time!! This is absolute peanuts in the context of land impact and it is hugging the fossicking grounds which are at least 10 times bigger than LNY's proposed mining area (Sherwood) and would have had thousands of people walking over and digging in it for years.
IMO, the TO deal has been left ignored by management until very recently, when it could have been sorted out years ago. Note how quickly the DNRM acted re the consolidation, IMO, a relatively FAR bigger decision than what we are now waiting for. Can't blame DNRM and from my discussions, certainly can't blame the Traditiona Owners. Who's left??????
