Correct KTM1,

The "ANNUAL REPORT 30 JUNE 2017", released 28 Sept 2017, reveals top 20 must hold a minimum of 20mil shares.

The entity whom participated in the most recent placements (and presumably past placements), must be remaining under the 5% substantial holding threshold — since, after which a person must provide substantial holding notices relating to movements above or below the threshold, and any change of 1% or more......just sayin
