Has TGA’s access to Centrepay been revoked at this point?
In any case, I am not questioning that TGA may be asked questions, or even have to re-apply for access to Centrepay as a consequence of the ASIC action. Or TGA may have some conditions imposed, which strikes me as the more likely outcome, if there is any sanction from Centrepay.
What I am questioning is the likelihood that TGA will be refused access. Ask yourself, what purpose would that serve? Who would that serve?
ASIC have extracted the punishment from TGA.
It is not for Centrepay to extend that.
Either consumer leasing is an acceptable application for Centrepay or it is not. Evidently it is acceptable, so I doubt that Centrepay are going to indefinitely exclude TGA.
You have not answered my question as to why you are so exercised about this, given that your post indicates that you do not hold TGA shares? Are you of the opinion that, for their own good, consumers should not have access to TGA’s offering? Are you looking to buy a savage dip?
Or is the prospect of TGA's exclusion from Centrepay wishful thinking on your part because you have a short position in TGA shares?
cheers
