media is not letting up on CDR management just yet.. management obviously still have a lot of work to do in order to restore confidence in them. first step is to produce strong half year results.. then finish it off with meeting FY08 targets.
a nice cheap rights issue for the the shareholders is also expected after half yearly results.. and probably after they obtain a few more significant contracts which they hinted would come in due course.
the road back up is always faster for some reason... took 3 weeks to drop from 40c to 23c. Took one day to go from 24c to 32c. signs of things to come. so long as CDR keep showing they are on track and business is as per usual.. things will be very rosey for new shareholders. and great thing is.. they are above forecast for revenue.. earnings margins understandbly took a hit.. but i believe necessary as they offer discounts to regain customer loyalty.. however these discounts have ceased (confirmed by Madam Chairman at AGM).
