I think you have done his answer a slight injustice.

TA can certainly be used for these small cap stocks if you are prepared to interpret and manage the trade.

Many exited this stock when it found double digits with the high volume.
Any reasonable TA knowledge would have picked that.

If you are sticking to a strong TA plan, then NO you don't read or interpret a buy into any given set up.

Ps: most daily chart users would be waiting for an entry on KAI and would not currently be holding.

If they are, tight stop just under current support.
