Yes they may ... but I remember trading this stock back during its surge in 2010, and even then people were talking about JVs and takeovers that never materialised, despite the tin price being much higher than it is now. Hoping for a TO offer for SRZ is pure speculation, and I can't imagine its something that the majority of long term holders would be happy with given where the share price is.
