Tesserent made a few mistakes, and in the past investor communication was lacking, but I think you are being too harsh.

7 mil revenue, close to cash positive, no debt and no CR on cards. That is clearly a business. Lots of companies on ASX have no revenue.

More promotion to investors and channel partners needed. Good product is there. Exec team is there. Fundamentals look good. Just a waiting game now.
