It seems improbable to me that TGA’s access to the Centrepay system would be revoked. Not unless there is a change in the general policy regarding such access.
If Centrepay agreed to TGA having access to Centrepay before, with their “unacceptable” practices, why would TGA be denied access now, when they have cleaned up their practices?
What would be the justification for that? Punishment?
TGA is not a person who can be banned for being of bad character, it is a public company.
Either TGA’s business is legal or it is not.
ASIC have just given TGA the third degree, so presumably what they are doing now is legal.
In any case, why do you care? You do not hold the stock.
