Thanks to all for your comments. I like the look of CLQ, not only for the cobalt but also their approach to development with buying second hand specialist equipment and also their water treatment technology. Slipped in a small low ball buy today.
ARV are a bit too caught up in gold and not sufficiently focused on the cobalt for my liking. Still a few more to research.
