my speculation is that these guys had:
1. Poor legal advice - why would they not at least apeal the WA decision and kick the can down the road
2. They thought they were untouchable in Singers
3. They thought that XST would have given up and moved on
4. They had other fish to fry and this was an annoyance
5. Sanston advised them not to pay for some unknown reason
Whatever it is, its very real for the 3 now, assuming our lawyers have done their job, we will know what seets the 3 have in singers tht we can sieze.
Its going to be a facinating 2-3 weeks.....
